Let it snow, Let it snow, Let it snow!!<\/p>\n
I am excited to say that when I look out the window right now, all I see are perfect chalet roof tops covered in beautiful white snow. I can not say the whole season so far has been like this, but better late than never right? What I myself know, is that this year is not over yet. And if you look at the snowfall forecast, It looks like it is just getting started! There are still plenty of exciting things to enjoy this winter in Champ\u00e9ry and Grimentz, and here are some of them for this March:<\/p>\n
Night skiing- Every Wednesday and Saturday hit the slopes for a relaxing snow session. Tonight, pass by Alta on the Pistes for \u00e0 special \u201cBEER AND A BURGER\u201d. Passes for night skiing is only CHF 22 after 16h<\/p>\n
Riding Las Vegas (March 11, 2017)- Join the fun at this Vegas inspired competition located on Les Crosets snow park. This is a ski and snowboard slopestyle competition complete with a DJ, BBQ and poker games!<\/p>\n
Rock the Pistes \u2013(March 19-25, 2017) One of my favorite times of the year here is Rock the Pistes. This is a week full of free concerts all over the Portes du Soleil. Check out great music in Morgin, Chatel, Avoriaz, Gets-Morzine and of course our own Champ\u00e9ry-Les Crosets.<\/p>\n

March 12, 2017 – Those who enjoy winter walks and trying new dishes will get their snowshoes out for this 7km circular walk around St-Jean. Various gourmet stopovers along the way provide a wonderful combination of physical exertion and gastronomic pleasure.<\/p>\n
Put your snowshoes on for a convivial circular walk around the villages of Grimentz and St-Jean, along a route suitable for all ages. A carefully-prepared gourmet surprise awaits you at each stage along the way…<\/p>\n
March 18-19, 2017 – 3 stars stage of the Freeride World Qualifier in Chandolin.<\/p>\n
Get ready for the 15th edition of the First Track Freeride, the “Chandolinard” Freeride event, which gets more popular every year. This competition is a 3 stars qualifying stage of the Freeride World Qualifier.<\/p>\n
Don’t miss a moment of these two days of madness in the magnificent couloirs of the Col des Ombrintzes in the Chandolin sector. Entertainment, raclette and barbecue stands will be on hand to quench your thirst and feed your stomach.<\/p>\n
