Provided that the property’s basic rules are respected, which will be shared upon check-in, for example: emptying the bins, removing bed linens and towels, and leaving the apartment in a reasonably tidy condition.

– Peak Times

Please note, in certain peak times (Christmas, New Year, etc.) we require a booking of a minimum of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday.

– Last-Minute Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation made within 10 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (or no show), the total amount of the stay shall be due and payable in full.

No refund shall be issued under any circumstances for such last-minute cancellations.
